一、用途Use

本設備應用于醫藥、化工、食品、輕工等行業中的水解、中和、結晶、蒸餾、蒸發等生產過程。反應釜可采用304、316L等不銹鋼材料制造。攪拌形式有錨式、框式、槳式等；轉動機構可采用擺線針輪減速機、無級變速減速機等；密封裝置可采用機械密封；加熱冷卻可采用夾套、半管、盤管結構；加熱方式有蒸汽、電加熱、導熱油等；以滿足耐酸堿、耐高溫、耐磨損、抗腐蝕等不同工作環境的工藝需要?？筛鶕脩艄に囈筮M行設計、制造。

選配工藝：可以根據需求做防腐內襯，反應釜內壁防腐噴涂工藝，可以耐強酸，強堿，高溫，低溫等工藝處理條件。

Optional process: Anticorrosive lining can be made according to requirements, and the inner wall of the reaction kettle can undergo anti-corrosion spraying process. It can withstand strong acid, alkali, high temperature, low temperature, and other processing conditions.

二、結構特點Structural Features

● 反應鍋由鍋身、鍋蓋、攪拌器、電加熱油夾套、支承及傳動裝置、軸封裝置等組成，可以夾套通導熱油循環加熱或冷卻；或夾套設計電熱棒或蒸汽半管進行加熱。

● 由于用戶因生產工藝，操作條件不盡相同，攪拌形式一般有錨式、槳式、蝸輪式、推進式或框式。

● 夾套上開有進排油、溢油、放空及測溫電熱棒孔。鍋體下部開有放料口。
